Glazer describes growing up in Bellingham, his Jewish education there, and his family's membership in Beth Israel and other Jewish organizations. He relates coming to Seattle in 1929, looking for work, and eventually starting Clyde's Camera in 1935 with Clyde Levy. He also talks about his activities in Herzl Ner-Tamid and helping revive the congregation in the late 1940s. He discusses Herzl rabbis Samuel Penner and Joseph Wagner. He describes the founding of a new branch of Herzl on the east side and the establishment of Ner Tamid Congregation in Bellevue.
